Julia & Richard’s {Engagement Shoot} at the Avoncroft Museum, Bromsgrove
Posted on Mar 13th 2013I met up with Richard and Julia at the Avoncroft Museum a few weeks ago for their pre-wedding shoot.
The day was absolutely miserable with torrential rain and a bitterly cold wind. The wide variety of buildings at the museum however, made a perfect backdrop for hiding from the rain and wind, whilst still giving us a chance to get to know each other better, practice the poses and get used to the camera.
There are loads of textures and colours to incorporate into the images, and as I said before, it offers alot of sheltered spots to fool the elements ;-).
Richard and Julia was wonderful to work with and we started off by having a lovely cup of tea in the Edwardian Tea Room. After going through all the details and arrangements for their wedding day (which is this coming Saturday!), we spent and hour taking some photos and getting rid of any nerves about being photographed.
I am really looking forward to spending the day with this lovely couple on Saturday and can’t wait to show you their beautiful images in a couple of weeks.
Psst…. There will be a little sneak peek from their wedding on the blog on Monday morning!
